Warranty
FusionX Fishing warranties all of its products to the original user against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase unless otherwise noted. The warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, and using the product outside of the provided directions. FusionX Fishing will repair or replace the product at no expense to the customer for valid warranty claims. Please contact FusionX Fishing directly with product issues requiring warranty replacement or repair. Liquid plastisol is not returnable once the foil seal is broken. If you believe you have received defective product please contact us for instructions to return the product for evaluation. If the product is indeed defective we will replace it at no charge to the customer including reimbursement for return shipping fees.
Shipping Policies
FusionX Fishing will ship products via the carrier of its choice unless pre-agreed upon by the seller and customer. The preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid and correct shipping address to FusionX Fishing . FusionX Fishing is not responsible for re-shipping product sent to and incorrect or undeliverable address provided by a customer. FusionX Fishing is responsible along with the carrier for getting the product to the customer within a timely manner. FusionX Fishing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have confirmed deliveries to the customer address. It is the customers responsibility to purchase additional insurance and/or signature confirmation if so desired.
FusionX Fishing is capable of shipping products to all locations of the world. Please contact us for export shipments prior to ordering. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand any tariffs or duties for their particular location. FusionX Fishing will not cover the cost of tariffs or duties that are in addition to the basic shipping costs.
Order Fulfillment
FusionX Fishing processes and ships orders in the order that they are received from customers. Normal processing times can vary from 1-2 days during low demand times to several weeks during peak demand. Please contact FusionX Fishing prior to ordering if you have a specific delivery need. Most FusionX Fishing products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Some items, such as custom x-cubes, have a limited manufacturing capacity and may take a longer period to process and ship.
Liability
FusionX Fishing assumes no liability to the loss of property, property damage, environmental damage, injury, or loss of life as a result of the use of our products. Information pertaining to any hazards and risks have been clearly outlined in the product packaging and instructions. This information is the best information available at the time of production. It is the responsibility of the customer to read, understand, and follow all instructions and safety precautions. If documentation is need in additional languages it is the responsibility of the customer to have those documents translated.
Privacy Policy
FusionX Fishing believes the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by its customers is of the utmost importance. Under no circumstance will FusionX Fishing knowingly or willfully provide customer data to any outside entity.
Intellectual Property
FusionX Fishing believes in the protection of intellectual property legally obtained by organizations including trademarks,copyrights, patents. and trade secrets. FusionX Fishing will not knowingly violate the intellectual property of another individual or organization. FusionX Fishing will report individuals and corporations that directly violate the intellectual property protected by FusionX Fishing or other organizations and individuals.
Out of respect for the hard work of others FusionX Fishing will not directly copy a product of another individual or corporation that is not under intellectual property protection.
FusionX Fishing Lures is a registered trademark within the United States of America. FusionX Fishing Lures reserves all rights associated with the use of FusionX Fishing Lures.
FusionX Fishing Lures does allow the use of all of its products to produce lures for sale by customers of FusionX Fishing. FusionX Fishing does reserve all rights to the mold design, lure design, lure names, logos, literature, documentation, marketing materials, and FusionX Fishing name for use only by FusionX Fishing. Customers are free to produce and distribute their own lures from original FusionX Fishing molds under the name chosen by the customer.
